Our courses
UTS Open microcredentials are formally assessed, stand-alone courses in a specialised area of practice at university-level that align with a UTS postgraduate degree subject. They average seven weeks in length and on successfully completing a UTS microcredential, you’ll receive a microcredential certificate and a microcredential digital badge* that you can add to your CV or Linked In profile. Learn something new and become a certified expert, while joining a global network of lifelong learners.
UTS Open short courses support an array of life and work experiences, offered through a mixture of online, on-campus and blended study modes. Upon completion of all required tasks, assessments or attendance for a UTS short course, you’ll receive a short course certificate and a short course digital badge*. A short course can be used as part of your continuing professional development or as a tool to obtain in-depth knowledge in whatever topic of interested.
