Bachelor of Communication (Strategic Communication) Bachelor of International Studies (Honours) is an exit-point if you have completed the International Honours pathway within the Bachelor of Communication (Strategic Communication) Bachelor of International Studies


In the fourth year of the combined degree, you will spend an academic year studying in the local language at a university in the country of your major and also complete an honours level research project under the supervision of a relevant UTS academic.

What you’ll study

The knowledge and skills developed in the Bachelor of Communication (Strategic Communication) are designed to produce effective, ethical and qualified communication professionals and are transferable to a range of work environments. You will produce course work that provides you with an array of material for a portfolio to show potential employers.

Entry to the International Honours pathway is dependent on you maintaining a credit average (or higher) in both your International Studies and a professional degree in your first three years of study and on the availability of placements in particular majors.
