Overview

This Scholarship was established to support commencing international students from P.R. China to enroll in an undergraduate coursework program at UTS in Sydney.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for the Scholarship, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Remain an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia); and
  • Be a citizen from P.R. China; and
  • Commence full-time studies and on campus[1] at UTS in 2024 or 2025; and

  • Meet UTS admission criteria for the selected undergraduate coursework program; and
  • Must not:

    • be studying a UTS online degree or distance mode degree; or

    • be completing a UTS approved external articulation or pathway program from an institution outside of Australia; or

    • be a recipient of other UTS international scholarships or grants or the UTS Alumni Advantage Program for the duration of this Scholarship; and be a government sponsored student.


[1] On campus studies include face-to-face and/or online (remote) learning in all degrees except online degrees and distance mode degrees. 

Selection process

Academic merit in the qualification used as the basis of admission for entry into the selected UTS undergraduate coursework program.

How to apply

All commencing international students applying for an undergraduate coursework program at UTS in Sydney will automatically be considered for this Scholarship.
