The Dayong Jin Student Fellowship is an exciting fellowship opportunity for up to 16 recently graduated or currently enrolled undergraduate students who are interested in undertaking research studies in the area in future. Successful students will receive two payments of $3,000 AUD over 3 months and work along-side the research leaders and PhD students in IBMD within the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, Faculty of Science at UTS.

About the Institute

The 21st century has seen a boom in biomedical advances, aided by increased recognition of the importance of working across different scientific disciplines. Materials and methods for the detection and treatment of diseases are better than ever, and a diverse array of scientists at the Institute for Biomedical Materials & Devices (IBMD), School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences in the Faculty of Science, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), are at the forefront of this continuous development.

The recipient(s) must conduct their research with the support of the relevant assigned project supervisor at IBMD for the entire duration (Leave of Absence not permitted). If the minimum progression is not maintained, payment of the Fellowship may be suspended or terminated.

See the exciting research projects and their supervisors below.
