The Becoming Legal: Feminism, Abortion, and the Law in Italy in 1970s Italy
Join us and speaker Elena Caruso for a seminar on how the notion of 'becoming legal' sheds light on processes, practices and social movements that tend to be marginalised in conventional accounts of legal reform, with a focus on the 'becoming legal' of abortion in 1970s Italy.
