Streets of Darlinghurst: Launch of the Darlinghurst City of Sydney Historical Walking Tour

When you walk through Darlinghurst, you are following streets and paths that many before you have walked and if you look closely, you can learn about the many lives that were lived. Join us to launch the work of historian Mark Dunn who has mapped out a new historical walking tour of Darlinghurst which will be available on the City of Sydney’s Culture Walks App.

Meet the authors of the edited collection, My Darling Darlinghurst, a work in progress. It will be a history of place and community that will weave together voices and imagery from the past and present.

We’ve invited some of Darlinghurst’s wonderful local archivists who are doing their best to record and uncover the many voices of those who have lived and loved in Darlinghurst.
