With UTS Open Day 2026 coming up on Saturday 29th August, here is what’s happening at the Faculty of Law.
Whether you’ve already decided on a future in Law or are exploring your options, don’t miss your chance to experience our exciting events.
1. Discover the Faculty of Law Advising Hub
Meet academics and students from the Faculty of Law, find out what it’s like to study at UTS and discuss where a law degree can take your career. Bring along all your questions - ask us about double degrees, ATARs and career pathways. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
Time: 9.00 am to 2.00pm

2. Attend the Bachelor of Laws Information Sessions
Find out what you’ll study in the Bachelor of Laws degree, including the core and elective subjects. Learn how this sets up your pathway to becoming a lawyer.

- 10.15am - 10.45am
- 11.30am-12.00pm
- 1.15pm-1.45pm

3. Experience a mock trial
Attend a mock trial at UTS’ very own moot court! UTS Law students have the opportunity to use the moot court to develop their courtroom skills.

4. Visit the Law Society Advising Hub
Chat to representatives from UTS Law Students’ Society and find out about student life beyond the classroom and maximising opportunities for growth. There are social events, sports, skills competitions, mentoring, career support and much more, so make sure you don’t miss out!
