Overview
This prize was established in 2000 by Dr Iain Stevenson, former Course Director of the Biotechnology degree to award the graduating student from the Biotechnology degree courses who achieved the highest weighted average mark for 91314 General Microbiology, 91142 Biotechnology, and 91369 Biobusiness and Environmental Biotechnology.
Who is eligible
The Recipient must:
graduate from one of the listed course degree in the year for which the award is made:
- C10172 Bachelor of Molecular Biotechnology, or
- C10169 Bachelor of Molecular Biotechnology Bachelor of Business, or
- C10242 Bachelor of Science in MAJ01103 Biotechnology, or
- C10489 Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology or combined degrees, and
receive a result in the subjects 91314 General Microbiology, 91142 Biotechnology, 91369 Biobusiness
must not have had any prior results in these subjects;
receive a WAM for the subjects listed of 75/D or higher.
