In Conversation with The Honourable Justice J Gleeson, High Court of Australia: When Minds Are Traitors

This event is open exclusively to registered Brennan Program members. As places are limited, we encourage you to register early to secure your spot.

In 2024, Justice Jacqueline Gleeson of the High Court of Australia delivered the keynote speech at the annual Minds Count Foundation Lecture on the topic of 'When Minds are Traitors'. In this special UTS Law Brennan Justice Talk, Justice Gleeson will participate in an In-Conversation and Q&A session with Adjunct Professor George Newhouse on the same topic, offering insights into the experience of imposter syndrome, the role of self-doubt and the importance of vulnerability in the legal profession.

The formalities will be followed by networking, and as such, registration is essential for event planning.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking in CareerHub, so that another Brennanite has the opportunity to participate.

Open to Brennan Program Members

Jacqueline Sarah Gleeson was appointed to the Court in March 2021. At the time of her appointment, she was a judge of the Federal Court of Australia, having been appointed to that position in April 2014.
