We offer affordable accommodation options to suit a wide range of requirements. All our options at Yura Mudang are self-catered and close to supermarkets, restaurants and services.
At Yura Mudang you can choose between:
- a share apartment (either a two or a six-bedroom apartment) with a common living room, kitchen and bathroom facilities, or
- a studio apartment, a self-contained area including bedroom, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Out of respect for the traditional owners of the land on which the residence is built, the Gadigal and Guringai people of the Eora Nation, Yura Mudang is named using Aboriginal words. Yura Mudang is Gadigal (local Aboriginal language) for "Student's Live".

NPAS accreditation
In 2025, UTS Housing was successfully accredited as an NPAS (National Property Accreditation Scheme) student accommodation provider. This recognises the quality and standards of our service and building Yura Mudang.
