Australia’s largest event to inspire and support young tech-enabled entrepreneurs

Years 9–10 | 4 March 2026 | ICC Sydney Theatre

About the Summit

A one-day event designed to show students real examples of what's possible through tech-enabled entrepreneurship – from relatable young founders who've actually done it.

Students hear authentic journeys including both successes and failures, meet real entrepreneurs, and discover that entrepreneurship is a normal, desirable, and accessible career path.

This is the event I dreamed of having when I was 16, to see people like me doing things I can do and getting results that I want.

Murray Hurps, UTS Director of Entrepreneurship

What students gain

  • Courage to start now – “One of the things students really got was courage to give it a go, courage to try some things out, courage to allow themselves to fail. They got that they can actually try and get started right now - they don't have to wait for this imaginary future.” – Aaron Ngan, UTS Startups
  • Real founder stories – Hear from young entrepreneurs who share their actual journeys, including failures and challenges.
  • New career possibilities – See entrepreneurship and technology careers as viable, accessible pathways.

Why attend?

  • For teachers and careers advisers: Fully facilitated event – no preparation required. The event introduces students to entrepreneurship opportunities through real examples and connections to university innovation programs. Post-event resources are provided for classroom follow-up.
  • For students: See what’s possible when you pursue your ideas. Meet young founders doing things you can relate to. Discover that entrepreneurship isn’t some distant dream – it’s something you can start exploring now.
