At UTS Careers we offer a comprehensive range of online resources that provide assistance in helping you to navigate the career development process.
Abintegro - Aptitude Tests
Many employers use psychometric and aptitude assessments as one of the measures to determine the suitability of candidates during the hiring process. Often this step will occur before the assessment centre or interview stage.
The UTS Abintegro Aptitude Tests allow you to practise a wide variety of assessments commonly used in the recruitment process. While it is a great idea to practise these assessments to get a feel and understand their format, practise is not likely to drastically improve your overall score.
There are a few important tips to keep in mind when practising and completing the real thing:
- Pay attention and read all instructions
- Work quickly and accurately as many assessments are timed
- Ensure you are in a quiet place, free from distractions
- Remember that some assessments are designed to get progressively harder and you are not expected to finish all questions
Abintegro – Career Assessments
How do you know you’re on the right career path? How does your personality influence your career choices? What drives the way you work? Abintegro offers a number of career assessments that can help you reflect on what motivates you, how you prefer to work, and what you value, to help you make informed decisions about your career options.
