The Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) is administered annually to determine all students' level of satisfaction with various student support areas and services at UTS.
The data collected is used to identify aspects of the university's operation and services which are either performing effectively or need improvement.
The survey is currently made up of six core sections:
- overall satisfaction
- student administration
- support support
- learning environment
- academic learning support
- campus experience

The 2017 SSS will be open during weeks 7, StuVac, 8 and 9 of Spring session (Monday 4th September to Monday 2nd October).
Check your inbox during these weeks for an invite (from email address email@example.com) and the survey link. There are great prizes to be won, including a $1,000 prepaid Visa card!
