Project details

This project, funded by the Sony Foundation Tour de Cure, and led by Prof. Dan Catchpoole, used innovative virtual reality data visualisations to explore cancer patient data.

The basic challenge was to find effective ways of exploring complex, multi-dimensional data in order to make comparisons between individuals with similar genetic profiles easier.  This then allows customised treatment plans to be devised.
