The Governance Support Unit (GSU) provides a range of services, including:

committee and electoral support for Council and Academic Board and their committees, as well as other executive committees and working groups
UTS governance instruments such as the rules, policies and delegations
the Student Complaints Resolution Office
student misconduct and appeals
the UTS Annual Report
UTS's records management program and archives
legal and policy requirements relating to right to information (GIPA) and privacy.
