The series, launching today, highlights the integral role that business schools and management educators play in addressing the world’s most pressing economic, social, and environmental issues through responsible leadership.

Sharing stories of students, staff and alumni, the ‘Leader Generation’ series includes some of the world’s leading business schools’ and examines how the higher education community is responding to society’s most complex challenges.
The first of its kind, the mini-documentary style film series explores the dynamic holistic approaches to education and research from across the globe that are transforming learning experiences and equipping future leaders with the skills and sensitivities to rethink, reimagine and rebuild business.

Professor Carl Rhodes, Dean of UTS Business School, says the Sydney-based school was delighted to be showcased in the world-first series.

"We are thrilled to be part of the 'Leader Generation' project, highlighting the incredible work of our dedicated teachers, researchers and business partners in addressing some of the great challenges of our time – from how we help businesses take meaningful climate action and deliver better outcomes for all segments of society, including our aging populations, our young people, people with disabilities and our Indigenous communities,” says Professor Rhodes.

“The film highlights the School’s dedication to developing and sharing knowledge for an innovative, sustainable, prosperous economy in a fairer world. At UTS Business School, we believe in the power of education and research to drive positive societal change and are proud to share those efforts as part of this video series."

“This series underscores not only our commitment, but the collective impact of the many like-minded business schools worldwide who are dedicated to making positive change at a global level,” he says.

AACSB International, the world’s largest business education network and global standard-setting body for business education, connects educators, students, and businesses to create the next generation of great leaders. AACSB accreditation is recognised worldwide as one of the highest levels of excellence a business school can achieve, representing over 1,000 accredited schools and more than 5 million learners globally.
