Enrolments now open for ARITA electives in Session 2 of 2020
UTS Faculty of Law partners with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) to provide the Association’s specialist postgraduate education program, the ARITA Advanced Certification. Complete this comprehensive and innovative nationwide education program via distance education to enhance and accelerate your career path in restructuring, insolvency or turnaround.
The Advanced Certification program is made up of three ARITA subjects:
• Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround (core subject)
• Advanced Insolvency (elective subject); and / or
• Advanced Restructuring and Turnaround (elective subject).

To study any of the ARITA Advanced Certification subjects you must be a subscriber or member of ARITA. Once you are registered with ARITA and your subscription / membership status has been confirmed, you will be provided with a link, via email, to complete and pay for your UTS enrolment in the ARITA subject.
The core subject, Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround, is now underway for 2020, and will next be offered in Session 1 (March-June) next year. Enrolments for Fundamentals 2021 are scheduled to open in November 2020.

Pathway to a UTS postgraduate qualification
Furthermore, UTS offers participants who have completed the ARITA Advanced Certification the opportunity to continue their studies and obtain a formal university qualification: the Graduate Certificate in Restructuring and Turnaround (C11258).
