The TelePsych Laboratory investigates the acceptability and effectiveness of remote cognitive behavioural treatments for anxiety and related disorders.

Professor Bethany Wootton. The goal of the TelePsych Laboratory is to develop and investigate the acceptability and effectiveness of remote cognitive behavioural treatments for anxiety and related disorders. Remote treatments do not require the clinician and the client to be in the same room, and we hope these treatments will allow more people to access evidence-based treatments for anxiety and related disorders.

Isaac's research focuses on the acceptability and efficacy of high intensity remote cognitive behaviour therapy for LGBTIQA+ identifying individuals

Hannah McHardy

Hannah's research focuses on understanding the feasibility and efficacy of an online cognitive behaviour therapy intervention for transgender and gender diverse youth.

Maral Melkonian

Maral's research focuses on developing and testing the acceptability and efficacy of remote stepped care treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Rivqa Rafael

Rivqa's research focuses on understanding the assessment and treatment experiences of individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as developing and testing the efficacy of remote cognitive behaviour therapy for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. 

Amy Wang

Amy's research focuses on developing and testing the acceptability and efficacy of a remote stepped care treatments for social anxiety disorder.

Halaina Winter

Halaina’s research focuses on the acceptability and efficacy of high intensity remote treatment for social anxiety disorder.
