The Honours Thesis requires the student to produce a 20,000-word (maximum) thesis based on an original problem of a theoretical or applied nature. The thesis is expected to demonstrate the student's competency to conceptualise, conduct and present research in a scholarly and independent manner. This is the Autumn semester course of the year-long subject. The same grade will be awarded to this subject and 25233 Thesis in Finance (Hons) 2, its Spring semester counterpart.
