In Stage 1 of the Work-based Learning (WBL) award, participants have the opportunity to develop a portfolio from experiences gained prior to enrolment and use this in a claim for the subject Recognition of Current Capability. This subject aims to build on the same concept but align to experiences during the period of completion of Stage 2 of the award. It relates to experiences other than those gained through the subjects students enrol in as Work-based Projects in developing the knowledge, skills and values of a UTS graduate and aligns with WBL level four learning descriptors.
