This subject provides students who have undertaken the Management major and a sub-major in Employment Relations, International Management, Strategic Management or Small and Medium Enterprise Management with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in these subjects to a management research project in the area of their sub-major specialisation. It further develops students' understanding of management research methodologies and provides them with the necessary skills to design, conduct and report on the project both orally and in writing.
