Amanda McGregor, Director Strategic Partnerships
Amanda is a strategic partnerships and marketing/communications executive in UTS TD School focussed on innovation and transdisciplinary education. Amanda has developed many strategic partnerships that resulted in innovative learning, initiatives or campaigns across diverse sectors including corporate, education, start-up/entrepreneur, government, social enterprise, not for profit, NGO and entertainment.
Over six years at UTS, Amanda has led the TD School partnerships team to reimagine engagement with industry, community and government partners with TD School students and academics for mutual value, learning and new knowledge. Amanda is an expert in developing talent and building sustainable connections between the university and industry. Her passion lies in developing creative and innovative programs that forge a new framework for engagement and partnership centred on learning, mutual benefit and purpose.
Under Amanda’s stewardship, TD School’s dedicated partnerships team works across all undergraduate, postgraduate, professional / enterprise learning, short courses and research and has built a partner network of more than two thousand individuals across seven hundred organisations.
Beth Wilson, Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Partnerships Manager
Beth manages internship and project subjects for the partnerships team. Keeping the partnerships machine turning for TD School, Beth is always working on building connections and finding the right opportunities for industry partners to collaborate with our talented transdisciplinary students. Assisting with the development of work-integrated experiences, Beth is keen to explore how TD School can continue to prepare its students to contribute and help shape the future of work.

Francine Crimmins, program and partnerships Manager
Francine oversees the multi-year industry partnerships embedded across teaching and learning in the new TD Electives Program at UTS. By 2025, all undergraduate students at UTS will choose at least one specially designed elective (from a suite of 8 options) that combine TD Learning and a live industry challenge.
Francine enjoys fostering connections with industry leaders who are keen to empower our undergraduates by providing a real professional backdrop where student learning can be applied.
Always looking to unite UTS students with collaborative, transdisciplinary learning experiences, Francine looks for organisations wanting to engage with our revolutionary teaching and learning programs - and also those who are open to learning something from our students along the way!

Melanie Indratheb, Short Course and Partnerships Coordinator
Melanie oversees short courses, micro-credentials and enterprise learning for TD School. With a dedication to lifetime learning, Melanie enjoys connecting individuals, organisations and companies with transdisciplinary ways of thinking and doing work and research.

Ursula Aczel, Industry Partnerships Officer
Ursula supports the internship and project subjects for the partnerships team. As a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) alum, Ursula is passionate about transdisciplinary innovation and the mutual benefit partnerships can have for both industry and students. With experience in not-for-profit, corporate and education, Ursula has a sound understanding of different ways of working across sectors.
Ursula is always excited to connect with people to understand their organisational challenges and find opportunities for collaboration between partners and TD School.

eliane steger, industry partnerships officer
Eliane supports the multi-year industry partnerships in the TD Electives program, in addition to assisting with short courses and micro-credentials for TD School. Having completed a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation, Eliane is enthusiastic about the importance of, and value generated through student engagement with industry, community and government partners.
Passionate about building connections, Eliane is interested in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships which provide students with collaborative opportunities to harness transdisciplinary thinking for real-world impact.
