Covid-19 safety information
I have registered for the on campus event but I am not feeling well. What should I do?
If you are feeling unwell, you should not come to campus. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, follow NSW Health advice and self-isolate until you can get tested.
You will also be required to cancel your event ticket. Instructions on how to do this are listed in the next section.
Are there any COVID-19 guidelines that I should follow before I attend the on campus event?
Please read this important information before you come to campus to understand the safeguards we've put in place to protect the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff, students and wider community. Make sure you are aware of the NSW COVID-19 hotspots and follow the NSW Health advice about self-isolation, testing and what you should do next if you have visited one.
Event Information
Do I need to re-confirm my attendance before the event?
No. However, if you are unable to attend please ensure you cancel your ticket in advance. Waitlists will be in effect for this on campus event due to capacity limits, and it would be helpful to those who are waiting for an available space.
Can I bring a guest/s?
Family and friends are more than welcome to attend. You will be able to include one guest with your registration. Please note, any more than 1 additional guest will a seperate registration and it is recommended that any attendees that are interested in studying at UTS complete an individual registration.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Upon registering for the event, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached. Simply click ‘edit order’ in the email (this will open an internet browser), and select refunds.
