Greg Joachim is a PhD Candidate, Research Assistant, and Casual Academic at UTS. He received his Bachelor of Science degree (Economics) from West Virginia University in 2006 and his Master of Business Administration degree (Sport Management; Marketing) from UTS in 2014.
Greg's PhD research is concerned with maximising social outcomes from youth sport for development programs. His candidature is supervised by Dr. Nico Schulenkorf, Dr. Stephen Frawley and Dr. Katie Schlenker.
Greg has worked as an undergraduate and postgraduate tutor at UTS since 2015.
Greg was awarded a UTS Doctoral Scholarship in 2016, as well as the 2016 Gordon Young Memorial Scholarship. He is a student member of the Sport Management Association of Australia and New Zealand (SMAANZ).
