Registration fees (AUD)
- ASERA Member: $550
- Non-member: $670
- Student (Full-time): $430 (Please provide proof of student status at registration desk)
- Day registration: $250
- Conference dinner: $125
Conference registration includes the welcome reception (Tuesday evening), morning, afternoon tea, and lunches (Wednesday-Thursday), morning tea and lunch (Friday).

ASERA welcome reception
Welcome drinks will be from 6–8pm on Tuesday 27 June, adjacent to the Atrium on Level 4 of UTS Building 10 (235 Jones Street, Ultimo), near the School of Education.
On Tuesday evening, the registration desk will be located on level 4 of Building 10, near where the Welcome reception will be held. Please follow the signs from the Jones Street entry lifts. Delegates can also register on Wednesday morning from 8:00am during the conference, or from 8:30am on Thursday or Friday, when the registration desk will be located in the Aerial Function Centre (Level 7, UTS Building 10, 235 Jones St, Ultimo).
Refund policy
Conference cancellations on or before 6 June 2017, will receive a full refund less an administrative charge of $100. Refunds will not be returned until after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 6 June 2017.
