Our Research Centre pursues health justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged populations through the use of empirically grounded research methods and cross-disciplinary forms of knowledge and collaborations to directly inform legal change. To this end, we seek to advance the practice of research using rigorous methods, inclusive practices, and critical theoretical foundations.
To that end, our Research Centre works across a number of research themes:
- Regulating Reproduction
- Equality, Human Rights and Health
- Ageing and the Law
- Patient Safety and the Quality of Health Care
- The Regulation of Health Practitioners
- Disability and the Law
