The Centre creates and delivers programs for young people in primary schools, secondary schools and in holiday time. These include IMC Sky High for Year 8 and 9 students, school holiday program Bright Futures and music education program MusEd. It also delivers programs for adults, which includes teacher professional development program which is based on action research principles and serves to enhance quality learning for students. All programs aim to expand and deepen horizons of thinking, grow senses of personal worth and inspire ideas about options for futures.
With a strong commitment to foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, creative and critical thinking, and interpersonal and intercultural understanding, programs support the development of attitudes in children and young people to foster respectful relationships and minds that generate creative and civil societies.
