The purpose of this staff network is to enable multicultural and Indigenous women to realise their full potential and experience equity and justice at UTS.
Our approach is to:
- Establish a safe space for networking and mutual support
- Advocate for opportunities for leadership, professional growth and development
- Influence cultural and systemic change for equity and inclusion
- Celebrate cultural diversity and ensure multicultural and Indigenous women are empowered with visibility
We welcome UTS staff members who identify as a woman and as multicultural (CALD) or Indigenous to the network.
