The Visiting Entrepreneur Program (VEP) is a City of Sydney initiative that brings high profile international entrepreneurs to Sydney twice a year to share their expertise and knowledge with the local tech startup community. The program is supported by funding from the Australian Government’s program for entrepreneurs and the national innovation and science agenda.
As an ongoing partner, the UTS Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit (IEU) is involved in a range of events, including talks, mentoring sessions and workshops. Upcoming events that UTS is hosting and participating in are listed below.
14 February: Pitch For Good Sydney
Pitch For Good is a live crowdfunding event in which you, the audience, will get to choose which of four amazing social entrepreneurs to fund!
Help support Sydney's best emerging social entrepreneurs at Pitch for Good, a live crowdfunding event presented by StartSomeGood, UTS and the City of Sydney.
The enterprises will be graduating from Sydney's Pitch for Good food themed Incubator. All are using business to make a positive social and environmental impact.
