Founder Chat with Peter Davison
Get insights into a career spent founding, advising and mentoring startups and accelerators.
Ever heard of PayPal? Who hasn't - it's one of the world's largest internet payment set ups that took the world of transacting to a whole new level. But did you know that one of the early supporters of PayPal is Australian?
Hailing all the way from Silicon Valley, join us for a founder chat with none other than the first investor in PayPal, Peter Davison.
Since his PayPal days, Peter founded Fishburners, which has become Australia's largest community of highly-scalable tech startups and has advised angel investors, accelerators and incubators around the world and mentors several hundred people from all walks of life. Recently, he's joined UTS as a mentor to our UTS Startups members (how lucky are we?!).
On Thursday 28 March, join Emma Earley of UTS Startups for a founder chat with Peter, who will be sharing his valuable startup insights, biggest challenges/wins, and some interesting stories that haven't been shared publicly before.
There'll be food + drinks, and the opportunity for you to ask some burning questions. This is an event not to be missed!
Seating is limited and registrations are essential.
5:30pm - 6pm: Guest arrival, drinks and nibbles
6pm - 7pm: Founder chat with Peter Davison
