The perks of UTS’ location
The centralised aspect of UTS campus makes it incredibly convenient to get to as well to travel to so many different places. It's just walking distance from Sydney’s central station.
If you love to shop, Broadway is so close by too! The shopping centre has so many stores so you can go there to shop for a whole range of things, whether that be a Kmart run, for clothes or just a quick grocery shop.
There is also an abundance of public transport around: there are trains going in countless directions, as well as buses and the light rail. This means that the opportunities to get around and eat are honestly endless! This encourages the social aspect of uni life: you can go off campus with new friends for an ice cream, a coffee or even to Spice Alley for a quick lunch.
It is also convenient for so many students that complete internships and placements in the city. I worked at an accounting firm in the city and it was so handy to be able to travel so little distance - or even walk if I wanted - to go between work and university.
Additionally, restaurants and different venues are open late, so you can grab a quick snack after a late-night study session or even a nice dinner with friends.
