UTS Pharmacy is home to state-of-the-art facilities that use best practice technology and design to create optimal learning and study environments.
Purpose-built and opened in 2015, the new Graduate School of Health and Science building provides outstanding research, teaching, learning, and social spaces for the School, as well as general teaching spaces and public areas for the general UTS community.
Overlooking the Alumni Green, the new building is connected to the adjacent UTS Science Building and provide pedestrian links to Thomas Street.

Thanks to our partnerships with DOSE Innovations, Medicines Packaging Systems and ROWA, the School has established a robotic dispensing unit in its teaching and learning facility that stores, rotates, dispenses and replenishes medications. Master of Pharmacy students are trained using simulations of real life situations, helping to better prepare them for the demands of modern workflow.
Coursework and research students also make use of world-class wet labs. These labs are part of a $110million investment that ensures UTS students have access to one of the best science facilities in Australia.
Simulated hospital wards
Students also make use of the Faculty of Health's simulated hospital wards in their preparation for clinical placement in hospital environments.
Student spaces throughout the university have been architecturally designed to be extremely comfortable and enhance learning. They are fitted with integrated technology, wifi and plentiful break-out rooms for group study or when you simply need a quiet space.
