Past experiences and academic background:
Ekaterina Napolova has completed a Master's degree in Management along with a Bachelor's degree in Management, both specializing in marketing communications and advertisement at the National Research University (NRU) in Moscow, Russia. Before moving to Australia, Ekaterina gained experience within the marketing sphere working in the advertisement agency InBrief and later on in Kimberly Clark Corporation, Russia as a Junior Brand Manager for Kleenex brand.
In light of the achievements in her professional life Ekaterina decided to further her education and completed her second Master’s degree in the University of Technology, Sydney, specialising in Marketing whilst working as a Marketing Coordinator at Greater Data, a Marketing Data Specialist Company in Sydney.
Ekaterina’s primary research interest is the online motivations of social media user and the differences between offline and online consumer behaviour.
