Past experiences and academic background:
Ljubomir Pupovac holds a Bachelor's Degree in finance and accounting (2006) and a Master’s Degree in marketing (2008) from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. After graduating, he worked for eight years as a full-time teaching assistant at the University of Novi Sad. He was also a guest lecturer at the University of Graz, Austria, and at Portland State University, the US. In 2012, he was ranked amongst the 20 best teaching assistants in Serbia. The ranking, which was conducted through the iSerbia internet portal, was based on votes by students in all fields of study at nine participating universities.
As a part of his professional development, Ljubomir spent some time at Hanken University, Finland, the University of Sussex, UK, and Zhongnan University, China. Last year, he joined the University of Technology Sydney as a PhD student. The primary focus of his research is business-to-business marketing, or more specifically, how companies in b2b markets are utilizing their customers’ lists to enhance their business performance.
