Dr Lan Snell
Lan is currently the Director, Education Services for UTS Business School where she is responsible for educational development and the Directorship of the MBA. Her portfolio includes the implementation of strategic educational projects in the areas of blended learning, curatorship of resources and original production, re-accreditation and development and quality assurance of the MBA.
Lan's industry experience spans over 15 years where she is considered a leader in strategic marketing and change management within the professional services sector. Lan's academic and teaching experience comes from institutions including Macquarie University, the University of Technology, and the University of Sydney.
Dr Jochen Schweitzer
Jochen teaches Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is the Director of the MBA Entrepreneurship. He is also Founder/Director of U.lab, a multidisciplinary innovation hub. Previously he has worked as a Design Thinking Coach, Management Consultant, Production-Planning Engineer and Cultural Program Coordinator. His research, teaching and consulting focuses on issues of strategy, collaboration, entrepreneurship and innovation with a special interest in design thinking, urban planning and open innovation.
Assoc Prof Peter McGraw
Peter is an award-winning academic and teaches within the EMBA. He researches and publishes in a variety of areas concerned with leadership, management and human resource management. Peter is the author of over 70 academic articles and book chapters as well as three textbooks. He is a well-known consultant and executive educator and has worked with many large Australian and international companies running programs in management, leadership and change.
