This is stage 2 and 3 in the Lean Six Sigma Suite of Courses.
It comprises of 2 components:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Stage 2
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Stage 3
This program is delivered in two stages, each stage comprising five consecutive days. Stage two of this program emphasises techniques for creative solution development, statistical process control and experiment design. Black Belts are equipped with the skills and expertise to manage more complex projects within an organisation, often working across more than one business group.
Black Belts are able to lead an improvement program for business divisions, groups or units, using sophisticated analysis methods and change management techniques, and are able to coach others within an organisation.
