Inform the Practical Experience Committee of your Practical Experience Completion
As soon as you complete an approved practical experience placement you must inform the Practical Experience Committee by submitting:
Form 2 - Notification of Completion of Practical Experience Placement / Supervisor's Report
Please ensure that you attach the list of actual days worked as requested (see example template below).
The completed original, hard copy of the form should be submitted, as soon as possible after the completion of a practical experience placement via the Law Reception Office or by mail to:

Faxed or emailed forms will not be accepted.
Submission of Reflective Journal: If applicable to your placement, please submit your reflective journal via the PLT and Practical Experience Forum on UTSOnline. Select “PLT and Practical Experience Forum” > “PE Reflective Journal” and submit your journal to Turnitin. For more information about the reflective journal, please refer to the Practical Experience Subject Outline.
Statement of Practical Legal Training (PLT) completion (Dean's Certificate)
Approval of the Form 2 will be given following the next scheduled PEC meeting after submission of the student's documentation.
A Dean's certificate will only be issued once the student is eligible to receive a complete final transcript. Practical Experience (75411) can only be recorded as complete at the conclusion of the session in which the student is enrolled in the subject.
