Summary of session:
What defines corporate culture? Is it the time we put in? Is it the workplace atmosphere? Is it the free barista the startups get and the ping pong tables? Is it about the way we dress? Do companies with unhealthy cultures achieve business outcomes?
In this digital age, disruption brings with it a new perspective on how we define culture in the first place and why it matters.
Join us for a session to explore how we might empower business leaders to understand and co-create digital cultures, to catalyse and lead opportunities in the Digital Age and understand the “humanity of digital”. The session will aim to answer the following questions:
- What does culture mean in the Digital Age and why it matters?
- Can companies adapt in the Digital Age to build the right culture and continually adapt and innovate in an uncertain future? Insights from behavioural science and positive psychology
- What does the future hold for the “humanity of digital’?
