The Dean's Award recognises and celebrates staff whose actions, behaviours and work throughout the year demonstrate values we believe are important in the Faculty of Science.
An award is a public demonstration that the leadership of the Faculty wants these values to be part of the everyday experience of the staff who work here, which should also translate to our students’ and external collaborators’ experiences of the Faculty.
The Awards encompass all categories of Faculty of Science staff: academic (continuing, fixed-term, casual) and professional (administrative, technical). Academic staff includes post-doc researchers employed on external grants.
