UTS Faculty of Law partners with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) to provide the Association’s specialist postgraduate education program, the ARITA Advanced Certification. Complete this comprehensive and innovative nationwide education program via distance education to enhance and accelerate your career path in restructuring, insolvency or turnaround.
The Advanced Certification is made up of three subjects:
• Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround (core subject)
• Advanced Insolvency (elective subject); and / or
• Advanced Restructuring and Turnaround (elective subject).
Furthermore, UTS offers students who have completed the ARITA Advanced Certification the opportunity to continue their studies and obtain a formal university qualification: the Graduate Certificate in Restructuring and Turnaround (C11258). To study any of the ARITA Advanced Certification subjects you must be a subscriber or member of ARITA. Once students are registered with ARITA and their subscription / membership status has been confirmed, they will be provided with a link, via email, to complete and pay for their enrolment in the subject with UTS.
The core subject, Fundamentals of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround, is next offered in Session 1, 2020: enrolments will open for this subject in November 2019, with studies commencing in March 2020.

Please note that final enrolments (by credit card) in the 2019 Electives close on 19 July 2019, with requests for invoice closing on 14 June 2019. The Electives commence on Monday 29 July 2019.
