Advanced Insolvency (ARITA)
This ARITA Advanced Certification elective ensures a solid understanding of Australia’s formal insolvency regime for both corporates and individuals as well as building an understanding of the complicated issue of insolvency and trusts.
Advanced Insolvency is an elective subject in ARITA’s Advanced Certification program. This assessed, postgraduate-level subject runs for 12 weeks plus a one-week study break, and successful completion will meet the specialist insolvency education requirements to become a registered liquidator or registered trustee.
