UTS Law’s Future of the Legal Profession series seeks to explore the challenges and opportunities facing the legal profession during a period of profound change. It intends to address the reality behind the headlines that the legal profession is in crisis and that the future for law graduates is grim. The Future of the Legal Profession series brings together the academy and the profession to discuss these issues together.
UTS Law is well placed to lead this series. We have a strong emphasis on practice-oriented education – the development of graduate skills, capacity for critical reflection, and, importantly, rigorous disciplinary knowledge.
