Public lecture from Anwen Crawford
You're invited to hear from Copyright Agency’s UTS Writer-in-Residence, Anwen Crawford.
An essay, by its nature, is an exploration. Essays test ideas and writing forms, or attempt them. Current Copyright Agency’s UTS Writer-in-Residence Anwen Crawford, in conversation with Dr Sue Joseph, will discuss the possibilities of the contemporary essay. Anwen will then read from her work in progress.
Anwen Crawford is a Sydney-based writer and critic. She is the music critic for The Monthly and her work has appeared in publications including The New Yorker, Best Australian Essays, Meanjin and Sydney Review of Books. Her second book of non-fiction is forthcoming from Giramondo.
