Provides useful information to support university administration and academic activities. It aims to be an intuitive, informative and useable resource for staff.
UTSOnline
UTSOnline is a web-based tool used at UTS to provide online learning to students. Not all UTS subjects make use of UTSOnline, available courses provides a listing of subjects currently available in UTSOnline.
Library website
The Library website provides a range of online services to assist UTS staff:
- Discover your Library: Specialised research assistance and services, online tutorials, tours and workshops.
- Research: Find information in catalogues and databases, research-specific information.
- Learning and teaching: Assistance for staff preparing coursework, including DRR forms and ordering new material.
- Borrowing and membership: Borrowing from UTS and requesting books and articles from other libraries.
- Staff ID cards and facilities: Obtaining your UTS Staff ID card and information about photocopying, printing, computing facilities, Scholars' Centre, study areas, booking films.
Neo finance and HR system
Assists UTS Staff in many of the HR and Finance administrative functions such as expenses, payslips and managing your employment related information.
Service Desk
UTS Service Desk is the helpdesk for the UTS. It is the first point of contact for staff, students, and the general community in relation to Student Administration, the IT Support Centre and Audio Visual Services.
UTS: Handbook
The UTS: Handbook provides the latest information on approved courses and subjects to be offered at UTS in the following year. It includes important information for all UTS students, information for students studying within each faculty/institute, and comprehensive details about course content and structure, subject and elective choices, attendance patterns, and credit-point requirements.

Is a search function that provides access to contact and position details for all UTS staff.
UTS Research Master (RMENet)
UTS Research Master allows staff to add and review research and professional publications, review research and teaching and learning projects data, and assign Fields of Research (FOR) codes.
UTS Business intelligence
UTS Business Intelligence provides management information to UTS decision makers; access is available to models, cubes and reports.
UTS Remote Access
Remote Access enables staff working off-site to log into Neo, Groupwise and shared servers..
