EO Online

From a UTS computer you do not need a password.  Contact the Equity & Diversity Unit on ext: 1084 if you require a password to work from home on this program.

EO Online is a self-paced, interactive online training package about equal opportunity responsibilities, affirmative action, anti-discrimination and grievance handling in the university setting.

The program has been developed for staff in the higher education sector by a consortium of four NSW universities, including UTS. Staff are encouraged to use this tool as a professional development opportunity.

It reflects the commitment of UTS to preventing grievances by creating a positive, inclusive environment in which all staff and students are treated fairly. Everyone has the right to work and study in an environment free of discrimination and harassment.

  • Explore and understand equal opportunity issues on campus through a self-paced learning program designed for universities.
  • EO principles and applications are explained through real life case studies and interactive learning techniques.
