The UTSWeb is an official communication channel of the University, which is used to convey official information to both staff and students, distribute course and subject information, and deliver a range of support and academic services. It also plays a vital role in supporting the University to further its teaching, learning and research capabilities on both a local and international front.
The University has established an integrated web risk management program consisting of a web publishing policy, a series of web standards, and quality assurance and audit practices that will facilitate the implementation of consistent web management practices.
These new practices will also help UTS web publishers to manage the integrity of information published on the UTSWeb, which is important to ensure user confidence in the University's online information and services.
