UTS City campus is right in the middle of Sydney's central business district. It looks like an office building - and inside it's a hive of activity. Twenty-seven floors of lecture theatres, labs and tutorial rooms, not to mention bars and cafes. This is where you go to study engineering, mathematics, computing science, humanities and social sciences or science.
The Design, Architecture and Building Faculty is located just over the road. If that's where you want to study, then get used to state-of-the art workshops, labs and computer facilities, roomy lecture theatres and a thriving exhibition space.
Five minutes walk away is the UTS Library and Markets campus, in Haymarket. This is where you study business, law and adult education, in an architecturally-designed oasis right next to China Town, Market City shopping complex, Darling Harbour and the Entertainment Centre.
Kuring-gai campus, up in Lindfield, is a leafy campus for school education, nursing and business students. You feel like you're in the middle of the bush, with all the gum trees and valleys around the buildings. At lunch or when you don't have lectures, you can go for a bushwalk and listen to the birds - it's good for de-stressing!
There's a university express bus service that runs between all the UTS campuses, so it's quick and easy to get between them if you need to.
The UTS Union is a big part of campus life. It provides a range of student services and facilities, clubs and societies. The Union provides you with eateries, bars, gyms, resource centres, newsagencies, computer and stationery shops, and more...
