Applicants will be considered to have met the UTS English language proficiency requirement if they can provide evidence of one of the following:
Qualifications undertaken in American Samoa, Australia, Canada, Fiji, Ireland, Kenya, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States of America or Zambia.
Completion of a government accredited public or private senior secondary course which was taught in English and which was no less than the equivalent of one year full-time study.
Evidence from your overseas tertiary institution that the medium of instruction was English when you studied there.
This evidence must be in writing on letterhead paper from your overseas tertiary institution. The fact that an academic transcript is written in English is not sufficient evidence of the medium of instruction. You must provide documentation that specifies English as the medium of instruction.
