Sydney Forum: Mid-Tier Commercial Buildings

The Sydney Forum is a collaboration between AIRAH, the Energy Efficiency Council, the Green Building Council of Australia, NABERS, the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, and the UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures.

The forum will explore the initiatives and actions that can be implemented to optimise a much-neglected part of the built environment: mid-tier commercial buildings.

Speakers at this event include:

  • Shauna Coffey from the Energy Efficiency Council, delivering advice on available tools and support for undertaking a building energy upgrade.
  • Rachel Scott of Eureka Funds Management, discussing how environment finance may benefit members when upgrading their building stock.
  • Paul Bannister of Energy Action - Paul is the original author of NABERS, and a leading national and international expert on energy efficiency.
  • Anthony De Francesco from RIA, an independent provider of research-driven insights and tools for institutional investors.
