Anna Dedousis-Wallace
BA, BSc, DipEd, PGDip, MPsych (Clinical), MAPS, MACPA
Anna has extensive experience working with adolescents, their parents and teachers, both on the front line as a high school teacher in outback and metropolitan areas of Australia, and in her roles as a clinical psychologist at The Kidman Centre and in private practice. She specialises in the treatment of disruptive behaviour disorders, psychotic disorders, depression and anxiety. Anna has trained over 1,000 teachers on how to identify and respond to indirect bullying in schools. She also designs and delivers training seminars for health professionals, students, teachers and the general community on a range of mental health topics.
Dr Sophia Drysdale
BSc(Hons), DClinPsych, PhD
Sophia is driven by an insatiable curiosity to find innovative ways of working with children and adolescents where traditional approaches prove ineffective. She has a background in child and family community mental health, and draws on a range of evidence-based psychological approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness based approaches. Sophia's work includes travelling to rural and regional areas across NSW to train educators and school counsellors in the CPS framework.
Alix Ringbauer
BAPsych, GCAPsych, BA(Hons)Psych, MClinPSych
Alix is a warm, genuine, empathic psychologist with a youthful nature who prides himself on building strong therapeutic relationships with young people and their families. He enjoys working flexibly and creatively with young people, tailoring interventions towards each individual's unique strengths, needs and goals. Alix has a background in working with children, adolescents and adults in community mental health. His experience includes assisting clients who present with anxiety, depression, psychosis, emotional regulation difficulties and relationship issues. He draws on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions therapy. Outside of work, Alix loves spending time with his dog, swimming in the ocean and escaping the city for a camping trip whenever he gets the chance.
Jessica Gengaroli
BPsych(Hons), MClinPSych
Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist who works with children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges. Jessica uses evidence-based interventions and enjoys working collaboratively with families to support children and young people to achieve their goals. Jessica is a warm and engaging clinician who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing and functioning of young people. She is particularly passionate about working with young people experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem, and often works within a cognitive-behavioural framework. Jessica is also experienced in trauma and has been working with children, families, and communities impacted by natural disasters. Jessica brings a wealth of experience working across private and non-government organisations. Jessica completed her undergraduate training at Macquarie University and postgraduate training at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has completed many additional trainings and courses including Tuning into Teens, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Spilstead Trauma Training, Seasons for Growth & Stormbirds.
Natalie Mastrogiovanni
BPsych(Hons), MPsych (clinical), PhD candidate
Natalie is a clinical psychology registrar who is passionate about working with children and families. She believes that working with young people creates a rich opportunity for change by intervening early and supporting families to better manage their young person’s current environment as well as helping them to build psychological resources for the future. Natalie has experience working with clients from cross-cultural communities as well as adults and young people in community mental health settings. In particular, Natalie has gained experience in the assessment, formulation and treatment of young people with complex mental health needs including emotion dysregulation, anxiety, ruptured attachment, perfectionism, school-related stress and behavioural difficulties. Natalie tailors evidence-based treatments to suit clients’ needs, primarily working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and schema-informed approaches. Natalie completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of New South Wales in 2018. From 2020, she commenced her combined PhD/Masters of Clinical Psychology postgraduate training at the University of New South Wales. Natalie completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology and is currently finishing her PhD, expecting to be complete in February 2024.
